This Trail-Ready Learner Conference (TRLC) will be an impactful weekend of fellowship and hands-on training. It is an opportunity to connect with Regional, Area, and Troop leaders, ask questions, discover practical answers, and develop tools to build a thriving Troop ministry.

Friday, April 22, 2022  from 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm - Registration table opens at 5:00.

Saturday, April 23,  2022 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (breakfast served at 7:00) Registration table opens at 7:30.

Friday evening 'crackerbarrel' snacks, Saturday morning continental breakfast and Saturday lunch provided.

Registrants are also invited to stay for Sunday morning worship. 

This weekend conference is a tremendous opportunity for anyone interested in the Trail Life ministry. Whether it is your first experience with Trail Life or you are a seasoned leader with years of experience, you will walk away with new friendships, new tools, and a renewed passion to use outdoor adventure as a tool to build a generation of godly, courageous young men who lead with integrity, serve others and become godly, and responsible husbands, fathers, and citizens.

There will be a NRA Safety Ranger Officer Course and an opportunity for badgework for Navigators and Adventurers, as well as classes on a variety of subjects including: 

• Planning and the Woodlands Trails

• The Patrol Method and  Troop Meeting Formats

• Faith Building with Carrot Cake

• Skits, Jokes, and Games

• Awesome Weekend Outings

• The Freedom Board 

• Growing your Troop

• High Adventure Impact Destinations

• Recruiting Troop Leadership

• Worthy Life Program 

• Fundraising for the Big Trip

• Planning The 18 Month Calendar

The goal is to have several adults and Trailmen from each Troop.
